It rained today.....I love to run in the rain.
Instead, I am going for a walk in a few minutes.
The WOD was 20kTT at 80% = 37:02
and then 5 sets of back squats for 3x
115lb/125lb/135lb/140lbs/145lbs
Hit the showers and back to work.
I was jonsing for a peanut butter & jelly sandwich for lunch today...but settled for yesterdays turkey/spinach I never ate.
So yes, chowed one for dinner.
Off to sing and dance in the rain.
