Today was a whirlwind.....but did manage to get away from my desk and hit the gym.

Today I hit the elliptical for 45 minutes/level 7/ 6miles.

Then I did the real WOD of the day 5 sets of 7 back squats.

I was able to complete without bailing.

Tomorrow, I am RESTING, yes resting the legs and giving my abs some nasty attention.

I am also off to Green Bay, WI for some great hockey with my daughter.

I did my homework and found a YMCA within a mile of my hotel.

Sure hope to leave some sweat and come home with some cheese.
