Beautiful Blue Sky!!

Today....WOD

Swim kick 100yds, 15 squats timed.....8x....=32:53

This was not fun....my kicking, I barely move.

I felt like I was playing bumper boats with my body and the side of the pool.

So the last 100yd, I made sure I was not bumping the side.

Then I ran upstairs to do the 5 Dead Lifts....(5x)

Warmed up with 75lbs....

85lbs
90lbs
95lbs
105lbs
125lbs...was able to do this, but my form I am sure was not so great.

Time for a nice cold glass of Raspberry lemonade.
