Saturday....rise and shine 6:15am

WOD = 65lbs - 50x at 1:43 minutes

Bike 30 minutes at 80%

50 sit-ups

15reps back extensions (3x)

Stretched and rolled on the foam roller and tennis ball.

Tennis Ball hit the hot spots, better than the roller.

Nice rainy night....curling up in bed with my book and not the foam roller this time.
